About Bayhaven Yoga
Hello! My name is Deb Moore, and I've been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, using my practice to alleviate chronic neck and shoulder pain and to help control recurring migraines by calming and regulating the nervous system. What began as a way to find relief turned into a passion and a mission - to help others find relief through mindful movement, strengthening both body and mind. And, in the process, improving mobility, flexibility, balance, and resiliency.
I hold several certifications and CEUs in different wellness areas, including:
200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Akasha Yoga Academy)
Restorative Yoga Instructor
The Neuroscience of Yoga for Low Back and Hip Health (Subtle Yoga)
Level 1 - Breathwork Foundations (Subtle Yoga)
I am currently working on my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and am continuing to work on Level 2 - Breathwork Foundations.
Bayhaven Yoga is now located in the lower level of the Staudenmaier Chiropractic Wellness Center in Sturgeon Bay!
