Evening Release

This deeply soothing class is a guided journey to unwind and release stress stored throughout your entire body. We use a gentle, deliberate flow to softly engage both the upper and lower body, easing tension from the neck and shoulders down through the hips and hamstrings.

The sequence emphasizes mindful, flowing movement paired with sustained, supported stretches that help to downshift your nervous system. You'll leave the mat feeling lighter, with less physical tension and a noticeable sense of inner calm and tranquility.
