Neck and Shoulder Flow

This dynamic class provides a calming yet strengthening practice specifically designed to release chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. A carefully designed sequence of mindful movements and active poses gradually enhances flexibility while strengthening the stabilizing muscles essential for improved posture and joint support. Each class ends with guided breathwork and relaxation exercises. This session is suitable for everyone, regardless of yoga experience.
